A Spatial Field-Aware Underwater Detection System Based on Active Electrosense

Abstract

Active electrosense offers an alternative sensing modality for underwater detection in environments where optical and acoustic sensing can be limited. This work presents a spatial field-aware underwater detection system based on active electrosense, using the spatial structure of the electric field to improve underwater target perception and detection reliability.
